Design | Build·Wilmington·Wrightsville Beach·Hampstead
Quietly modern.
Rooted in place.
Every decision is shaped by a clear sense of purpose.
Jefferies + Kidd is a design-build firm on the Carolina coast. We design and build custom homes as one team, so the ideas drawn at the first meeting are the ones carried through to the final walkthrough.
Each home begins with the people who will live in it, and the place it stands: the light, the breeze off the water, the old oaks. From there, every detail is considered and every material chosen to wear well by the sea.
